DMCA and Rights Holder Requests

FapSaves does not host, store or index any videos. When a user pastes a link, the tool fetches that public page from the original site at that moment and returns a download route. Removing a video at the source site removes it from this tool completely, because there is no copy here.

What We Can Do

Where a rights holder shows that a specific page should not be fetchable, we can block that route on this tool. Send the full video page URL on the source site, your name and organisation, proof that you own or represent the rights, and the action you want taken. Send it to the address on the contact page with DMCA in the subject line.

What to Include

A complete request has: the exact source URL, identification of the work, your contact details, a good faith statement, and a statement that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act. Incomplete requests get a reply asking for the missing piece.

Counter Notes and Other Pages

Users who believe a block was applied in error can write through the contact page with the URL and their basis. The general rules of the service are in the terms, data handling is in the privacy policy, and the tool itself is on the homepage.
